Matthew came to our house with all the parts needed to fix and at a reasonable price ( act of nature, not warranty) Try getting that with your big box store grill! Money well spent.

We have been a customer of Fireplace & Bar-B-Q for 20 years and still have the same Fire Magic grill. Recently, the propane pressure regulator became somewhat non-responsive causing little gas flow to the burners. Because it was late on Friday and I planned on using the grill on Saturday, Jonathan was kind enough to come by and provide parts and service to get it going. I did not ask him to. However, he called me Saturday and offered to come by and see what was needed to get it working. Great Service and I learned about how to care for the Burners. Call them as they are very friendly, accommodating and have excellent products.
Mr. Jones, I truly enjoyed chatting with you and getting your grill up and running. I applaud your care and attention to detail regarding your grill. It looks great! Thank you so much for the kind words.

We purchased a Kozy Heat Nordic fireplace insert from Fireplace & Bar-B-Q Center in March 2023, so going on 2 years since it was installed. Per Jonathan's suggestion in Nov. 2022, we waited until Kozy Heat released the Nordik with the SIT gas control valve with ProFlame remote. So glad we waited, as the SIT system with the remote control is amazing. We use the auto-temp option in the winter, the fireplace maintains the room temperature just as we like it. So thankful to Johnathon for the recommendation to wait, he didn't have to do that. Just a quick note to express our appreciation for the Fireplace Center team, the fireplace has been amazing and we get repeated comments “are those real logs?” The Nordik is fantastic, puts out some good heat and the internal fan is very quiet. The installation went super-smoothly, great job by all. We’ve had no issues with the fireplace, it looks great on or off. My wife and I agree this fireplace is one of the best things we ever did in terms of an upgrade. The wood-burning fireplace would just suck the heat out of the room but the Kozy Heat unit is actually a second furnace, super nice on those cold winter days. And being a sealed unit there are zero combustion fumes to enter the home (i.e., carbon monoxide, etc.). In the summer we use the lighting features without flames, looks amazing. Bottom line, super happy with the Fireplace Center team and also with the Kozy Heat Nordik fireplace.

These guys are fantastic. They represent what a small, local business is in my mind. Great service and friendly, patient interactions. My family had just moved into a new house with a gas fireplace, but the manual had been lost and we had never used gas logs before. I called and sent some pictures to Mr. Kelly who sent me a PDF of the manual and walked me through starting the logs. He communicated everything very articulately and within minutes it was up and running. All of this at no charge. The best businesses are places that know a positive interaction with customers is far and away more important than nickel and diming. This is that sort of business.

We purchased and had installed a large ventless gas unit in early 2020 (which we love and use often! So it should have a separate 5 star review). However, these 5 stars are for a more recent experience. My husband and I had differing opinions about filling the full bottom of the fireplace with the lava rocks. I wasn't home during the install, so his opinion won. 11 months later, I happen to be in the area and swung by Fireplace & Bar-BQ Center to buy a small bag to fill in the rest of the fireplace 🙂. (victory will be mine!) But, they only had large bags... When the large bag came out, it was about 4x what we needed... When asking for a small bag and sharing the shinnanigans that led me to this request (differing opinions), they made me a small bag for free.

What does Special Order mean?
Most of the lineup is ordered in for you. You pick it, we confirm the timing when you order. The models marked Regularly Stocked are the ones we keep on the floor.
Gas, charcoal, or pellet?
Gas starts fast and holds steady heat for weeknights. Charcoal gives you the sear and the smoke flavor. Pellet runs low-and-slow with set-it temperature control. Tell us how you actually cook and we'll point you right.
Do you service the grills you sell?
